Minds Fixed.......

What gets me through after hearing of a death, sickness, or a broken promise? GOD. Who gives strength to weak and courage to the fret? GOD. Who is it, that reminds us that 'this too shall pass.'? GOD. Who is it that tells me to seek his face in all areas of my life? That they will direct my paths? That they are with me ALWAYS? Only GOD! He is the only one who can't lie, who can make a promise and totally deliver on it!

God is so faithful and so awesome! With everything that is going on it is so easy to become discouraged and lose sight of why we live a life for Christ. That is why it is so important to keep our minds fixed on Him. In Philippians 4:8 it says, "And now, dear brothers and sisters, one final thing. Fix your thoughts on what is true, and honorable, and right, and pure, and lovely, and admirable. Think about things that are excellent and worthy of praise."

When we keep are minds focused on things that are positive, then our actions are positive as well. When our actions display God's love and mercy, it draws in people and they begin to witness God's AMAZING, SAVING GRACE! It is kindness that leads to repentance.........
