Random......

Hello everyone:) I have been lazy lately and haven't blogged in a while so here goes:: I don't have anything particular to talk about so I will just talk about what's going on now. We, at the Lighthouse Foundation just started back a fresh with the tutoring program. We were all excited to be back and enjoyed seeing everyone especially the kids! They were very anxious to tell us what they got and how they spent their Holiday break. So now that everything is back on routine, it's now time for me and a bunch of others to start getting things in order for a trip to Haiti next month. Yes, Haiti, and I am soooooo excited! Just excited to see what God is about to do in our lives and in others! I have been out of the country before but that doesn't make the plan ride easier. I am still working on that fear, lol! There is also something else that will be happening in just a few days and that is the birth of my little cousin's son Z'ion. He will be making his arrival next week, I am asking all my prayer warriors to be in prayer for that, and that God's perfect will be done:) A lot of ladies have been asking me about my natural hair journey. i have already blogged about when, and why I went natural, my regimen and all the hair products i am using so right now I will just talk about exactly where I am now, in my journey. Today 1/14/2012 I am 8 months natural post BC(bigchop) My hair has grown sooo much and I am very excited about the outcome thus far. I am still using my daily regimen with the exception of water, with it being Winter and all. I am loving my hair and literally can't keep my hands out of it. I am always coming up with new things to do to it. Right now I love rockin' twistouts, but due to the cold I can't wear it a lot:) Beanies are my besties right now!
