WELCOME to my blog! So grateful for the opportunity to be about my Father's business! I am a busy Mom of 4 amazing children, and the dedicated wife to my husband, Perry.But most importantly I AM A WOMAN AFTER GOD'S HEART AND THE CALLING THAT HE HAS ON MY LIFE. I am also blessed to have an awarding job at the Lighthouse Foundation, where I tutor a bunch of rowdy, hyper, precious 4th graders. They have blessed me in so many ways I can't even begin to count! I have been blessed with amazing friends and some awesome young ladies that i have the chance to encounter throughout everyday life. This blog was created to help promote "BrownBagBlessings" a project thought of by my 10 year old daughter and has been laid on her heart to do so. It will be used to help a needy child this holiday season. I am so excited about it and is anxious to see where God goes with this. Giving to the poor, is something that we all are called to do, but only a few of us will obey the callings on our lives. I hope you all enjoy this journey through this process, and most importantly inspired to help a needy person this holiday. Let's not only use Thanksgiving & Christmas to have the urge to give back......that is something that should....well just happen. "CHEERFUL GIVER" i challenge myself and you to make that a habit. for the next few months to be a cheerful-giver. It is what we are called to do and be.
