BOOTCAMP:
We will be starting a Fitness workout Bootcamp in July. It is a 3 week bootcamp, that's not including Sunday & Mondays, which will be our "restdays". It will include a weekly workout schedule, weighing-in (optional) & creating healthy meals that will work with our own personal needs, phyiscally & financially. We will meet up TWICE a week for group workouts and I will create at-home workout regimen for at home as well. THIS IS TOTALLY FREE. The only thing that we are asking is for hard-work, dedication, and accountability. I am eagar to work with all you awesome ladies, and looking forward to sharing with you a healhy lifestlye. I am not, by any means saying that I am a fitness expert. I am still working on getting my body in the BEST shape of my life, but I do have a desire to see people get healthy, get fit, and stay fit. I know how hard it is to be a Mother & a Wife and kind-of "lose yourself" in the midst of motherhood and wifely duties, work or school, or just being plan ole busy. In the month of July will learn, teach, discuss and work on how to balance being a _________________ and still maintain a healthy(ier)habit and getting in at least 3 days of exercise and proper rest. I would love to welcome all you Bootcamp Ladies and looking forward to meeting each and every one of you.
